Five Things That Occurred to Me #40

Programming Note: I’ve decided to go with five items to hopefully publish more often. Not sure if you are getting twice the content or half the content. I’ll leave that up to you to decide.

1. There are few things more frustrating than an emoji dialog box without a search function.

2. Flipper was the Lassie of the ocean.

3. My OCD comes out in very strange ways. For instance, I am always very careful to press the minimum number of buttons when using the microwave.  Why press 1-3-0-start  when you can press 9-0-start?

4. 100 percent of public policy choices have upsides and downsides.  All too often, people who support a given policy focus on the upsides and fail to acknowledge the downsides, and people who oppose a given policy focus on the downsides and fail to acknowledge the upsides.

5. A long-sleeve t-shirt is an underrated garment.
