Things That Occur to Me #55

1. Did they pass a law or something that requires podcast hosts to say "Let's jump right in" at the end of their intros?

2. I find it very strange that "Professional Wrestling" (scare quotes purposely used) is covered by sportswriters.

3. Something I'd like to see before I die:  A woman run a 4:00 mile.

4. Does anyone actually want a number pad on a laptop keyboard? Wouldn't you rather have a full set of Home/End/Insert/Delete and regular sized arrow keys?

5. I find that I have enough on my hands to manage my own life, and so I am always puzzled when people feel like they have the time to worry about, talk about, and oftentimes even dictate, how others live. I mean, "Live and let live" seems so utterly correct to me that I really don't understand the urge to, well, not do that.
